Smiles This Week

Dilyn loves taking baths, but hates getting his head wet. I know that as soon as I wash his head he is going to freak out and try to jump out of the tub. So I prepare to move fast. However he starts smiling again when he gets wrapped in his hoody towell. Dilyn always wants to do what mom and dad are doing. So after fixing some lights he wanted a turn on the ladder. He loved it.

Mission Call

My brother Parker got his mission call!! Yea! He is going to the Halifax, Canada mission. He is so excited that it is English speaking. He will be in parts of Maine, New Foundland, and Nova Scotia. Crazy. My parents are going to be empty nesters. I guess they will have to visit us more often :) Congrats Parker, we love you!!

Quick update

I'm behind lately. We have had lots of sickness for the past month at our house and we are finally all better. It went from me having the fever, to Dilyn with a horrible cold and cough, to Kyle. Then Kyle and I both got food poisoning. Anyway, here are a few pics from our Easter celebration. My parents were out of town so we hid eggs for eachother around the house. Dilyn had two to find. They were amongst his toys. As you can see the two cracked ones above are his. Dilyn's disgusted face when his "ball" cracked.

Messes everywhere. Dilyn is crawling at lightening speeds, and makes messes in every room before I can even pick up one. I have learned to just leave them out till he goes to bed.

He is exploring and having a great time. We love him.

Dilyn loves to find funny things to carry around in his mouth. He carried this pipe cleaner around for about 2 hours.

Dilyn will be 11 months soon, and he is starting to walk around. I'm sure he will be walking really well soon! He also stood up today without any help from furniture or me. Wow! Where did my baby go?
